Challenging stage 3 suited the best to Sergio Anguiano from Aventura Tuareg who conquered the piste and dune course 5 minutes ahead of his team mate Antonio Valero followed shortly by the Mitsubishi Pajero driven by Camporese/Fiori. Placing 7th in the stage was good enough to propel the Garcia/Aceyton Bowler to the top of the car classification. At the same time Josef Macháček continues to dominate the quad class battling for most of the day the UTV leader Jose Sanchez Tapia. Check the posted results for your favorite team in the competition. Despite the heated competition no one had to abandon the race today and we expect to see the full field at the start of stage 4 to Tata. This is another of the classic Moroccan tracks which were the location of epic Dakar battles. Not much has changed here in the last 30 years and we get to experience the authentic desert racing adventure.
